Genes
Kahntis have common genes, but some members of the species have a little bit different DNA, that brings some strange and not common genes.
They can range from rather common to almost impossible genes.

COMMON GENES
Every gene that isn't listed before is considered a mutation, and it's unique and almost impossible to find in more than a Kahntis.
Mutations can occur randomly, but if one of the parents has a mutation, there's a very small chance that it'll be passed down to their future offspring.
- Spines: spines can grow on Kahntis bodies, and it's very common. Some of them have just one or two, some others have many.
- Scales: Many Kanthis have scales too, that mostly cover their delicate body parts. Scales are as common as spikes.
- Natural colors (base): natural color bases are the most common for Kahntis. Colors counted in that category are black, white and browns (and their shades).
- Scale-full: some Kahntis are born without spines and only scales. This trait isn't considered very attrattive by the society.
- Small horns: this is a particular gene, that doesn't show up often. It's almost considered a rare gene. It causes the growth of small horns, similar to goat ones, on the head of the individual. Shape can vary.
- Short ears: even if Kahntis ears are generally long, sometimes one individual has shorter ears.
- Pastel colosr (markings): markings are usually made of vibrant colors, but sometimes they can be very pale.
- Spineless: The Kahnti is born without spines nor scales.
- Multiple ears: sometimes, Kahntis are born with a multiple pair pf ears, a little bit smaller than the "original" pair. The smaller pair, tho, doesn't function well.
- Multiple tails: Kahntis can have more than one tail, and usually the maximum amount of tails that one can have is 3.
- Gradient markings/base: Two or three colors fuse together to create a gradient on the markings or the base color of the Kahnti. This is one of the rarest gene in the rare category, and it's considered extremely beautiful.
- Short tail: The Kahnti is born with a tail shorter than what it should be.
- Pigmmentless flesh/blood: the flesh/blood of the Kahnti doesn't have any pigment, and it will show up as white.
- Unnatural colors (base): it's rare, but sometimes Kahntis are born with an unnatural base color.
- Dwarfism: Causes the legs of the Kahnti to be small and short, and the individual itself to be smaller than the others.
- Albinism: Kahntis born with thise gene are completely white, with alomst unnoticed light pink markings.
- Melanism: Kahntis born with this gene are completely pitch black, with almost unnoticed dark gray markings.
- Big horns: One of the most rare genes, causes the Kahnti to have a big pair of horns, that are twice longer that their more common small horns. Shape can vary.
- One marking: this gene causes the Kahnti to have just one, big marking, located anywhere on the body. The marking can be in any shape and size.
- Tailless: The Kahnti is born without a tail.
